Building on the strength and success of our Nottingham base, we have established a presence in Leicester with the aim to provide effective and practical insurance and risk management solutions whatever the requirements and to build trusting, long term relationships with our clients.
Based at our office in Glenfield, we have recruited two experienced and well respected individuals who will enable us to continue with our commitment to offer the highest quality of service and professional insurance advice to businesses and individuals in Leicestershire and beyond.
Jim Hull, who has taken the role of Broking Director (Leicester), has over 20 years experience within the insurance industry having always worked for a commercial broker.
Prior to joining Russell Scanlan he did briefly venture across the midlands border to Birmingham before returning to his roots in the East Midlands where he has now been based for over 16 years.
Ian Fox, who has taken the role of Account Director was born in Leicestershire and has been working in the insurance industry since 1987.
Ian started his career with Bevan Fox Insurance Brokers and subsequently moved onto Bain Hogg and has most recently worked for Willis as a client facing Account Director.
Our focus is to provide advice in five key areas

- SME - insurance for the small to medium enterprise
- Risk Management – the provision of risk management advice for our Commercial and SME clients
- Business Continuity Planning – business continuity planning for our Commercial and SME clients
- Private Clients Division - a bespoke personal service for high value homeowners
