The insurers offer a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year, dedicated UK based freephone helpline. Their trained staff will assist you in making all necessary arrangements, including advising your own insurers of the accident and, where necessary, put you in touch with a member of their panel of professional advisors.

In addition the policy will provide assistance in the event of a non-fault claim to help recover your uninsured losses, e.g. compensation for injury, loss of earnings, medical fees, policy excess, damage to personal effects and the cost of a hire vehicle.

This valuable cover is available to private and commercial clients for individual motor, commercial vehicle policies and fleets.
