We have access to all of the top property investor units within the insurance market and can arrange cover without the necessity in most cases of completing lengthy proposal forms.

Most Insurers have purpose-built policy contracts for property owners however, we will always consider the submission very carefully and may put forward additional suggestions for insurance coverage including, for example, "Property Owners Legal Protection" and/or "Engineering and Inspection Insurance For Certain Items Of Plant and Machinery"

In addition, we have survey facilities available and can offer you guidance free of charge when deciding upon the correct value for insurance.

Once we are appointed, we will deal with all of your insurance billing, certificate issue and tenant enquiries and will provide a dedicated claims handling service.
